Solid colour cotton socks can be washed at up to 40 degrees. What is clear is that socks do not like to be tumble dried. To keep their shape and size, they should be hung on a washing line in the old fashioned way. Woollen socks, including those containing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sokisahtel.net\/en\/collections\/alpaca-merino-and-angora-wool\">merino wool<\/a>, are better off hand washed. If you do wish to machine-wash them, the temperature should be no higher than 30\u00b0C and they should not be tumble dried.
