What is package-free delivery?
Every small step counts! Now you can choose to receive your order without a package! This means that the products you order will reach you without plastic and/or paper packaging. If the product you’ve ordered is delicate, we will send it to you with a minimalistic paper packaging without any plastic. Look at the pictures below to further understand our new package free online shopping method! FOX socks with
packaging
The socks have a plastic hook and a paper packaging. After the removal of the package, please put it in a recycling bin.
FOX socks without packaging
You will receive the product without a package. The cardboard, plastic hook and paper label are in reuse already!
NADIA tights with
packaging
The tights have a plastic package, paper cover and an inner cardboard. Please put them into the recycling container after removal.
NADIA tights without packaging
We will send out the tights with a paper cover and an inner cardboard as they are thin 20DEN tights. Put the paper cover and the cardboard into a waste paper recycling bin. The cardboard can be used as notepaper as well.
JOELLE tights with packaging
These tights come in a paper package. After the removal of the package, please put it in a recycling bin.
JOELLE tights without packaging
The tights come without a package. As this pair of tights is made from 60DEN firm material, it does not need a package nor the supportive inner cardboard. We have reused the package already.
WHAT ARE WE DOING WITH THESE LEFTOVER PACKAGES?
WHAT ABOUT THE TRANSPORTATION PACKAGES?
For transportation, we use cardboard and paper packaging which you can later put into the waste paper recycling bin. When the package is ordered to a parcel machine, we use biologically degradable plastic packages. You can put the package into the recycle bin after removal. When ordering a package to one of our stores, we usually pack it into a regular paper bag.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT I BOUGHT WITHOUT A PACKAGE?
Yes! Of course you can return an item bought through our package free online shopping! A corresponding remark will be added to your invoice, if you have chosen the package free delivery. All the products have a 14-day right of return and the products have to be unused.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY SOCKS AND HOSES IF I DO NOT HAVE THE PACKAGE?
If you wish to wash your socks in a washing machine, you should wash them at 40 degrees and we recommend using a washing bag. Delicate hosiery we recommend handwashing in a 30 degree warm water.
HOW DO I KNOW THE SIZE AND COMPOSITION OF ORDERED PRODUCTS?
The sizes of the products are marked on the invoice of your order. The invoice will be sent to your email and sent to you together with your order as well. The composition of all our products can be seen on our website when clicking on the ordered product’s description. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!

As an addition to our package free delivery, we also have created our NILIT® Ecocare collection in order to save and maintain the nature around us.
